MONDAY TAROT MESSAGE FROM THE MUSE, 3/14/2022.
Theme, The Tower. This Major Aracana card is about a sudden shift or transformation. It’s easy to fall into creative ruts, to get comfortable in the usual forms, media, and ways of doing creative work. But this card warns that it’s time for creative innovation, time to shake things up a bit, to break away from old structures and try new ones, even if it feels scary. Your work–and you–will be transformed.
Focus, 6 of Coins. Coins is the element of Earth in the realm of home, health, wealth, or anything physical. Six in the tarot is just past the point of challenge in the suit, and in the Coins is about restoring a balance of power, the power of physical resources. It asks you this week, “Are you maintaining a balance between what you expend in time, energy, and other resources, and what you receive in return for your creative work? Are you asking enough for your creative work? Do you need to re-evaluate what you invest in your work to restore balance?”
Action, Queen of Wands. Wands is the element of Fire in the realm of spirit, creativity, career, and work. The Queen in the tarot is the mistress of her element. This Queen is independent in her creativity, strengthened by her beliefs and her vision, and remains undaunted by others’ opinions. This week, invoke this Queen, move forward with creative innovation and determination.
Gift, The Moon. Another Major Arcana card that frames this week’s reading, the Moon offers you clarity and illumination through dreams and intuition. When you listen to your dreams and intuition, transformation is done more easily. As the Muse, she shines brightly in the creative darkness, helping you to trust your intuition more readily, to discern what is real and what is illusion in your creative work.
