MONDAY TAROT MESSAGE FROM THE MUSE, 7/5/21
Theme, Knight of Coins. Coins is the element of Earth in the realm of home, health, and wealth, anything physical. The Knight is the champion, the warrior who leaves and returns in service to the realm. This Knight doesn’t like to go far. His battles are often fought close to home, in this case, in the studio. This week, be aware of when you need to be a champion of your creativity in practical ways that allow you to be persistent and get your work out into the world.
Focus, 7 of Swords. Swords is the element of Air in the realm of mind, thoughts, attitudes, beliefs and communication. Seven in the tarot is a number of movement. Here, the movement is of a thief coming in to steal your confidence and belief in your creative work. That thief could be the attitudes and communications of friends or family, but it could also be your own thoughts and beliefs. This week, ask yourself, “Who is trying to undermine or sabotage my confidence and belief in my work? How can I shut the window on negativity?”
Action, Temperance. This Major Arcana card is about balance, strength, and creativity. She reminds us that creativity is a balance or movement between imagination and action, desire (water) and will (fire). This week, be aware of the balance and movement necessary between the vision of your creative work and the manifestation of it. Don’t get so caught up in glory of the vision that you neglect the action necessary to make it real. This is where the help of the Knight of Coins is important, so that you’ll be persistent.
Gift, Queen of Coins. Coins again, the element of Earth, the idea of being grounded. The Queen is the mistress of the element. She brings the gift of beauty and nourishment. She’s a reminder that your work nourishes and brings beauty to others as well as rewards for yourself. Be sure to welcome the reminder and the rewards.
