MONDAY’S TAROT MESSAGE FROM THE MUSE, 3/26/2018
Theme, 10 of Wands. Wands is the element of Fire in the realm of spirit, creativity, career, and work. Ten is a tipping point, moving from the finishing aspects of nine to the beginning again energy of the ace. As you can see, this more man is weighed down by all his creative projects and responsibilities. How can he possibly start on something new until he drops the load and stands up to see what is offered? This week, look for opportunities to at least reduce your creative burden. Let go of old projects, perhaps let go of old responsibilities and positions. Nothing needs to be perfect. But you do need to get back the energy and strength necessary to do your work?
Focus, The Emperor. This Major Arcana card in the sign of Aries speaks to the ability and will to move forward, to take action toward a goal, and to manage resources and delegate tasks in order to make that happen. Being the one in power is not about being the person who does everything, or taking on the creative burden for everyone. So, what are your priorities this week? How can you assume the power and position of the Emperor in your creative work?
Action, 4 of Swords. Swords is the element of Air in the realm of thoughts, attitudes, beliefs and communications, including writing. Four is a number of stability. See how stable this figure appears as he rests his mind and body on the swords in this sacred, healing space. No longer carrying that creative burden, he can allow himself to rest, restore and renew (great words in a Mercury Retrograde). Take action this week to take no action…to rest, sleep, dream, meditate, journal, so that you are restored and ready to take on that new project.
Gift, Page of Cups. Cups is the element of Water in the realm of heart, emotions, dreams, and intuition. The Page is the messenger, bringing you the gift, this week, of a new creative vision or project that has heart-felt meaning for you. It’s the gift you are ready to receive if you have dropped some or all of your creative burden.
