MONDAY TAROT MESSAGE FROM THE MUSE, 8/30/2021
Theme, 7 of Coins. Coins is the element of Earth in the realm of home, health and wealth, anything physical. Seven is a point of contemplating action, evaluation. Here, the farmer observes her crop. Some was ready for picking but the rest requires patience. When you want to hurry your work and get it done, remember to instead let it ripen to full sweetness and beauty. Be patient. Observe what the work still needs to be successful.
Focus, Knight of Swords. Swords is the element of Air in the realm of mind, thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, communication. The Knight is the champion for the realm. They have all the tools and equipment and training necessary for serving and protecting the realm. What tools and training do you have that can be used to communicate about your creative work? How can you clearly and powerfully share insights about your work with your audience once it’s ripened to full sweetness and beauty?
Action, 4 of Swords. Another Swords but here the knight rests and recuperates. They cannot always be in action but must find time to rest, heal, recover from their labors. You, too, as a creative, must rest, recover and heal. In stillness, in sleep, not only do you rest and heal, but you make yourself receptive to new insights and ideas for your creative work. If you can stop the mind from scurrying about, chattering constantly. Rest. Be still.
Gift, 5 of Wands. Wands is the element of Fire in the realm of spirit, creativity, career and work. Five is a number of challenge and conflict. Why is challenge a gift? Because it tests your mettle, that is, your ability to cope and be resilient. Sometimes that challenge is a contest or jurying situation. They are gifts because they help you discover your weaknesses and improve your strengths. Don’t shy away from it but receive it.
