MONDAY’S TAROT MESSAGE FROM THE MUSE, 4/15/2019
Theme, Ace of Wands. Wands is the element of Fire, in the realm of spirit, creativity, career and work. The Ace is the seed, the new beginning, the holder of all potential and possibility. This week, be aware of feeling that urge to begin a new project, something that has energy and passion behind it, something that is pushing at you to emerge.
Focus, 5 of Wands. Wands again. And in the tarot, the five is a card of challenge or conflict. Here, the challenge is one of creative priorities. If you are going to have time for that new creative project, you need to establish your priorities. How does your creativity fit into your day? And just as important, how does this new project fit in with other creative projects? How will you create order so as not feel constantly beleaguered by all the demands on your time and focus?
Action, 6 of Coins. Coins is the element of Earth in the realm of home, health and wealth, anything physical. This six is about a balance of income and expenses. Be aware, this week, of the balance between what you expend in time, money and energy in your creative work and for others, and what comes back to you. Make sure you are getting enough rest and good food, for instance, so that when you spend time on that new creative project, it is time well spent, that you aren’t fatigued or distracted. The balance between outgo and income doesn’t have to be perfectly balanced but make sure it isn’t horribly out of balance either.
Gift, The Sun. This Major Arcana card coming near the end of the Fool’s Journey, is a sign of approaching that place of being fully oneself, of letting your creative light shine brightly, thereby drawing others to you and your work. Don’t be surprised if someone sees your light and wants to help you shine even brighter.
